As Linc Davis and all the other posters except the previous one pointed out, stay away from these so-called 'cleaners, boosters, enhancers,' etc. If you have some sort of problem, just state that and more experienced posters will assist you to sort that out. If some functionality does not perform as expected, state your expectation and wysiwyg results so that the delta could be dealt with. From the list above, Log files are important indicators that could point to serious problems and should not just be discarded at will.
Lots of posters will ask you for these Logs to pinpoint a problem. Caches are there to speed up your experience, and deleting them all would just lead to some being recreated again, which defies the objective. Obviously deleting the content of the Trash is fine. They are scams. They negatively impact the performance of the computers they are installed on and do far more harm than whatever good they advertise. Apple computers do not need that junk, and it's wildly irresponsible to claim that they do.

When I go to the App store, Dr Cleaner is not free. I think it said $14.99. My mac mini has been crashing by itself, apps won't open says they quit unexpectedly, sometimes the mac won't restart unless I hold down the button for a while.
